Refunds

Return Processing & Refund Timeline

The processing of a return can take up to 14 days. Even if your tracking link indicates that we have already received your return, we may still need this time to complete the processing.

Once your return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible to the payment details we have on file.

• If you paid for your order via bank transfer, you can expect your refund within 5 business days.
• For payments made via PayPal or credit card, the refund may take up to 14 days to be completed.
